AAP Punjab News | AAP means Kejriwal & Kejriwal means AAP

When the founding members ofAAP had left Arvind Kejriwalthey blamed their old college for adopting the dictatorial attitude. The expelled founding members had revealed that AAP meansArvind Kejriwal and KejriwalmeansAAP. They told that the party has been working on the directions of Kejriwal and he has nothing to do with the other party leaders and workers. He has only a motive of winning votes and nothing else.

The muffler man during his five days tour in Punjab had visited the different places in the state but he did not bother to talk about his party leaders who are facing criminal cases. The family members of the leaders have criticised the AAP supremo for betraying the party workers.

Baltej Pannu, the leader of AAP was arrested in a rape case and the family members of another leader, Raghbir Singh Bhairowal were also arrested by the police in a criminal case.

The party has been witnessing the internal rift within the party in Punjab. According to the sad lined party workers, the Chief Minister of Delhi did not speak up for his two leaders who are in soup.

Disappointment at the current leadership seems to being growing. There were complaints that Kejriwal failed to meet Bapu Surat Singh during his Punjab visit too.

The AAP’s reach in Punjab could garner much support but the absence of support for fellow members seems to be becoming noticeable.

The abandonment of support for members such as Baltej PannuandBhairowal doesn’t appear to be indicated a realistic approach by AAP supremo.

Dharamvit Gandhi, the suspended AAP MP from Patiala told that the muffler man has nothing to do with the party leaders and members. He is only concentrating on the vote bank only.

Gandhi further told that during the Punjab visit, Kejriwal did not bother to talk to the two suspended MPs. It shows that he has nothing to do with the leaders and supporters of AAP as he is only focusing on the vote bank.

Kejriwal did not speak against Bhagwant Mann as he knows that Mann is very much famous in abroad for his comedy and he has a good fan following in other countries. The maximum funding has been coming from abroad so that’s why Mann is a blue eyed boy of Kejri.

Aap Punjab News | One lakh diploma holders jobless in Delhi

The youth of Delhi who unconditionally supported “Aam Aadmi Party” in the city have lost hopes for getting the job opportunity in near future. If we take a look at the diploma holders, the information from the government department revealed that there are one lakh job less diploma holders.

Unemployment is a problem in the national capital and the increasing number of jobless diploma holders is alarming but the ruling AAP has nothing to do with it. The number of unemployed holding diplomas of various courses has doubled from 47,000 to one lakh.

This data part of Delhi Government’s economic survey raised a serious question about the quality and future of diploma courses and vocational training programmes floated from time to time. But the previous governments in the city had done nothing to provide the jobs to diploma holders.

Not only is the rise worrisome but also the educational status of those reeling under the effect of unemployment is a cause of concern and it’s a major embarrassment for the Kejriwal government that won support from youth on the promise of “degree, income and wi-fi”.

The AAP government has talked about vocational training and skill development as part of its long-term education plan. But nothing has been done so far by the government of Muffler man in the city.

The Economic Survey makes it clear that many diploma holders are not getting jobs easily. The authorities of Delhi under the AAP regime not bother to focus on the vocational courses and diplomas offered in the city.

According to the information, the most of the unemployed diploma holders have studied up to graduation or less.

Kejriwal forgets unemployed youth, busy in self-publicity

The Kejriwal government had promised the unemployed youth to provide the employment. However, the ruling government has forgotten the promise as the party supremo is busy in self-publicity. The “AAP” supremo has allocated a budget of Rs 526 crore for information and publicity. Every month, the money from state exchequer is being given for the publicity. An official of Delhi government has revealed that approximately Rs 25 crores have been spent on the advertisements. When the government completed one year, crores of rupees were spent on the paid advertisements in all the major newspapers in the country. But the government has not spent even a single penny to eradicate the problem of unemployment.

AAP Punjab News | Aam Aadmi Party – Party of hypocrites

In first 50 days of AAP govt., National convener of AAP, Arvind Kejriwal’s opportunism and contradictions came to light when there were separate entries for VIP and VVIP card holders witnessed during an event organized by AAP government to launch an anti-corruption helpline in Delhi. Picture of the VIP and VVIP parking boards outside Talkatora Stadium got viral on social media. Many of the leaders asked Kejriwal that the person who used to denounced the ‘VIP culture’ and always projected himself as a ‘common man’ and his Aam Aadmi Party as a ‘party of common man’ has taken a U-turn.

AAP’s U-turn on “VIP Culture”

Arvind Kejriwal, who had sworn by his children to never form a political party, formed his own Aam Aadmi Party. Not only this, but he had also broken the promise which he had made on record to not tie up with any other political party especially Congress. It is a well known fact that this man took support from Congress Party to become Chief Minister of Delhi.

The man who assured people of Delhi that he will have ‘No Security’ but in reality is enjoying ‘Z category’ security cover, with more than 30 armed commandoes and a huge convoy and entire government machinery at his disposal.

Kejriwal, who had promised NOT to use a government car ever, is now travelling in an SUV bearing number 0001 of Delhi govt. He had protested use of private planes by politicians but in reality after becoming Delhi CM started using private jets for his own comfort.

Kejriwal has moved in to a grand bungalow which is spread over eight acres and includes five bedrooms, office room, two large lawns, a garden, three servant quarters and parking.

Kejriwal, who talked about making Delhi “India’s first corruption-free state”, has failed to even take hard-hitting action against the corrupt leaders of AAP or offenders.

AAP Punjab News | Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party makes 5 U-Turns in 5 days of power in Delhi!

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in the run upto the assembly elections promised a complete revamp and sold his vision of Delhi as a World Class city and his 70-point action plan. Kejriwal also made many tall promises, like he did in the 2013 Delhi Assembly Elections and seems had no time pondering over them.

Free water, electricity rates being halved, free wi-fi are some of the big promises the ‘Aam Aadmi in Muffler’ made. Little did the Delhiites realise that it was nothing but a repeat of ‘Pied Piper of Hamlin’. Only hours after AAP got the historic mandate in Delhi Assembly Elections, there were several announcements which made one feel like, ‘Is it a repeat of what happened a year ago?’

Yes, it may sound weird to test the government which has not even spent a week in office but then who had promised it all? Senior AAP leaders including Sanjay Singh, Yogendra Yadav and Manish Sisodia had given statements that are bigger u-turns than those allegedly taken by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government led by Narendra Modi in the Centre.

As AAP ideologue Yogendra Yadav says, in a democracy there is a gap between “what you say and what people hear”. We bring to you the five U-turns by Arvind Kejriwal and his AAP party leaders in last five days.

1. Electricity rates to be halved

During the Delhi Assembly Polls 2015 campaign, AAP leader-founder said that the electricity rates will be halved when they come to power. However in reality, senior leader Ashutosh said “I just want to make a request to the Prime Minister on behalf of the party that he should help us to make electricity affordable and cheaper because that will do lot of good to the people of Delhi.”

2. Free wi-fi

The biggest u-turn came in the form of free wi-fi being free wi-fi for only first 30 minutes. Even during that period there will be no access to YouTube, Facebook or your e-mail services if you connect to the so-called free wi-fi by Delhi government. Only government websites and other public services websites is what you’ll be able to access. Beyond the free 30 minutes you will have to shell out money from your pocket. What is not clear is will the consumer get 30 minutes free every day or is it just one time free usgae.

3. 500 schools to be built and lands available

In the electoral campaigns, Arvind Kejriwal said as many as 500 schools will be built in Delhi. The land required for the same will be taken care of. Kejriwal had said the land for the same will be given by villagers and farmers as donation. However, the U-turn here took place when Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia after meeting Modi said if the Central government helps us meeting the land needs, we will built them.

4. Media then and now!

The party which was craving to have transparency in government’s working and policies has now banned media in the Delhi Secretariat. Facing tough questions from media, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia chose to run away, the same way Kejriwal did an year ago from a Janta Darbar’. Will media’s entry ban is what AAP promised?

5. 10,00,000 to 15,00,000 CCTV Cameras

We may as well say it again that it maybe too early to judge a government’s performance in office. However, the intent and the accountability are the factors that one looks upto. The dramatical 49-day government is well etched in public’s memory and maybe not too faraway but the overwhelming support in the assembly elections may give Kejriwal no excuse to run away this time.

Will Delhities who pressed the broom button on February 7 will end up with one by the end of this year? Watch this as space as we keep you update with the second stint of Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi!

AAP Govt Responsible for ‘destabilising’ Punjab | AAP Punjab

AAP Punjab : “In the political arena in India, which has a Constitution, a Parliament and a system, you cannot ask for a revolution within the country, it is anti-national. And you will disturb Punjab”

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) engage in “disruptive and destabilising tactics” as we can term it as “anti-national”

BJP vs Congress and AAP Punjab

The former Chief Minister said: “Bhagat Singh wanted freedom from British, who does AAP want freedom from. Inquilab is a revolutionary word given by Bhagat Singh. He gave his life for nation’s sake and now when our country is one, they (AAP) want to break it again by resorting to disruptive and destabilising tactics,”.

Its is asked from aam aadmi party punjab (aap punjab) come clean “about the posters circulated by it, carrying pictures of Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale, Arvind Kejriwal, Sucha Singh Chhotepur, Sanjay Singh and Bhagwant Mann, asking people to celebrate his (Bhindrawale’s) birth anniversary by paying obeisance at the nearest gurdwaras.”

  • AAP leader Sanjay Singh rubbished the claim saying his party has nothing to do with the posters being circulated in the social media.

Accusing AAP of waging a rebellion, the former Chief Minister said

  • on the one hand they were asking people for revolution
  • on the other hand exhorting people to celebrate Bhindrawale’s birth anniversary.

AAP Punjab | Punjab increasingly becoming Anti-AAP

“Anti-national agenda”, supporting Khalistani ideologue and accepting funds from Sikh separatist staying across the globe have thrown Punjabi’s into an uproar against the controversial Aam Aadmi Party. Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal was accused of being anti-national activist by the people of Punjab when he tried to evoke extremist sentiments of Punjabis by circulating unattributed pamphlets and released the provoking poster of Bhindranwale, which clearly reflected AAP’s nexus with Khalistanis.

  • Kejriwal’s double standards

Congress’ Ludhiana MP Ravneet Singh Bittu spoke out against Kejriwals’ double standards as the AAP leader who had accepted the funds from Sikh separatist and anti-social elements living outside India had been seen disowning the poster that carried his picture with Sikh militant leader Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale. Kejriwal had adopted an extremist agenda by supporting a Khalistani ideologue, thus creating disquiet in Punjab’s political sphere. “Rise in the AAP’s funding” raised as a big question by Bittu, who even demanded AAP government to clear its stand on the source of funds.

It appears that People of Punjab won’t let this kind of rubbish publicity be propagated without sturdy protest and want clarity on the issues.

  • 35,000 terrorism-affected families likely to protest

“What is going on in the peaceful state of Punjab is actually hazardous. People of Punjab were seen protesting and leaders were keeping quite on the issue,” says Bittu, who is likely to lead the protest against Kejriwal along with 35,000 terrorism-affected families. “Neither from Rajpura nor from Shambhu areas Kejriwal’s cavalcade would be allowed to enter the state of Punjab as he is backing extremists for political gains of the party,” Bittu said.

All the promises were broken by Kejriwal when we talk about Delhi, as Delhi has been dumped by Kejriwal and his leaders.

AAP trying to fabricate issue to take out political milage: SAD (B)

sanjay singh AAP Punjab

Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal’s advisor and senior SAD (Badal) leader Maheshinder Grewal maintained that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was trying to make out an issue from a “pure lie”. He challenged the AAP leaders to begin out evidence against Bikram Majithia. He said that people of Punjab understand everything and such campaigns by AAP won’t have any effect. He said that AAP was trying to fabricate issue to take out political milage.
Notably former cop and alleged drug-lord Jagdish Bhola had named Bikram Majithia as kingpin of illicit drugs trade in Punjab. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) of India had also questioned Bikram Majithia in this regard.

Bikram Majithia had filed a defamation case against Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Sanjay Singh in the Ludhiana court of judicial magistrate on January 12, 2016. Sanjay Singh had recently dared Bikram Majithia to put him behind the bars. Sanjay Singh had said hat he continues to stick to his statement that ‘AAP will put Majithia behind the bars if voted to power as he is related to drug business in Punjab.’

A court in Ludhiana on Monday granted bail to Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh in a criminal defamation case filed by Punjab Cabinet Minister Bikram Singh Majithia.

Bikram Singh Majithia for his alleged remarks of his (Majithia’s) involvement in the drug racket.

  • Majithia had filed defamation plea against Sanjay Singh in Ludhiana court on January 16, claiming that he has been defamed as ‘drug trader’ by the AAP leader without any proof .
  • Last week, Singh had dared the Punjab’s Revenue and Public Relations Minister to put him behind the bars, saying that he would continue to stick to his statement that ‘AAP will put Majithia behind the bars if voted to power as he is related to drug business in Punjab.’
  • Aam Aadmi Party’s Punjab convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur had earlier said that AAP general secretary and in-charge, Punjab party affairs, Sanjay Singh, would not apply for bail in the case.

Here are the reactions which flooded Twitter after he was granted bail:
